The 1st Board of Director’s Meeting of Jintian Pharmaceutical Group Limited in 2014 was held in Oriental Ginza in Beijing.
The audit committee meeting, nominating committee meeting, remuneration committee meeting, and the Board of Director’s Meeting were held in a row from March 19th to March 20th by the directors and independent directors from Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenyang, Harbin, etc. Auditors and some company executives attended the meetings.
The number of directors meets all statutory requirements. The performance report up to December 31st, 2013 was adopted, business performance was appreciated, and decisions were made.
The meetings were held according to the established procedures, and came to a close in the afternoon of March 20th.
